Please click the Documents tab above to print the Clubhouse without Pool Agreement-($75.00 nonrefundable use fee, $300.00 refundable security deposit). Complete, sign, and send to the address on the last page of the agreement, along with two checks payable to Daniels Gate Recreation Association for $300.00 and $75.00. You will receive your refund within 60 days after your event. If required, costs for cleaning and repair will be deducted.

Complete, sign, and send to the address on the last page of the agreement, along with two checks payable to Daniels Gate Recreation Association for $300.00 and $135.00. You will receive your refund within 60 days after your event. If required, costs for cleaning and repair will be deducted.

REMINDER: WHEN YOU RESERVE THE CLUBHOUSE WITH POOL USE FOR YOUR PRIVATE EVENT, THIS ENTITLES YOU TO EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE CLUBHOUSE, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE POOL! THIS INCLUDES THE COVERED AREA OUTSIDE THE BACK DOOR OF THE CLUBHOUSE. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS USING THE POOL DURING YOUR EVENT.
